Shipping policy

How do we ship?

-We ship out orders via USPS Ground Advantage & USPS Priority Mail.

How long will it be before my order is shipped?

-Although we usually get orders out in 2 business days, please allow 3-5 business days for processing of normal, non-personalized orders. Please allow up to 5 business days for personalized items (may be longer if there are questions or design changes).

-Most items are made and fulfilled directly by us. We do have some apparel items, like our shirts, that are fulfilled by a 3rd party vendor. Those items will be shipped separately and could take a little longer.

Can I pickup my order somewhere local?

-Unfortunately we don't have any local pickups currently. We do stock some items at local locations though. You can find those locations on our About Us & More -> Local Shops page

Do you ship outside of the United States?

-Currently we only ship to addresses in the United States
